For over 40 years, Desired Image Skin Care Clinic has helped clients across the Buffalo area achieve healthy, beautiful skin through a personal, results-driven approach. We opened our doors in 1984 with a simple belief: skin care should be built around the person, not sold off a shelf. That belief still guides every consultation, every treatment and every product we blend.

Brenda Romanow

Owner & Esthetician

Brenda Romanow has been the owner of Desired Image Skin Care Clinic for over 40 years. Her profession as an esthetician and educator has helped clients across the Buffalo area improve and maintain healthy skin.

Brenda Romanow was a student at Canadian College of Natural Healing. These modalities are often included within the standard of New York State Esthetic Services. She was also a NYS Esthetics Educator and Examiner with the Esthetics Division of NYS Cosmetology Association. Services are created as a result of her knowledge and enthusiasm in her endeavour for everyone to have better skin.

Building relationships with her clients while helping them improve the health of their skin is, and always has been, her goal.

Mackenzie Saari

Licensed Esthetician & Lash Technician

Mackenzie Saari is a Professional Licensed Esthetician, Certified Eye Lash Technician and Sugar Hair Removal Practitioner. She offers an extended treatment menu including acne treatments, anti-aging and muscle toning, eyelash extensions and fills, lash lifting and laminating, and sugaring hair removal.

Working alongside Brenda, Mackenzie shares the clinic’s personal, results-driven approach — every treatment tailored to the client’s skin and goals.
